[PANEL 1 — ESTABLISHING SHOT] The Luminara Public Library — a beautiful old building with a modern glass extension. Through the windows, we can see kids at tables, reading and working.

[PANEL 3 — TWO-PAGE SPREAD FEELING, WIDE PANEL] The schoolyard at lunch. Zara and Kofi sit with ELENA RUIZ, age 10, a Latina girl with thick braids and a NASA t-shirt, and YUTO TANAKA, age 11, a Japanese-American boy with glasses and a tool belt he wears everywhere.

[PANEL 4 — SINGLE DRAMATIC PANEL] The four kids stand at the base of the hill, looking up at the observatory. It's overgrown with vines, the dome is dented, and a faded sign reads "CLOSED — NO TRESPASSING." But the structure is sound. And the view of the sky from here is breathtaking.

[PANEL 5 — FINAL PANEL, WARM TONES] Sunset behind the observatory silhouette. The four kids walk up the hill together, their shadows stretching long behind them.

[PANEL 2 — INTERIOR DOME, SPLASH PAGE] Inside the dome, Kofi's star map glows in the soft lighting. The telescope stands at the center, restored to gleaming perfection. Yuto adjusts the eyepiece with steady hands. Elena checks the alignment against her star charts. Zara stands with her hand on the telescope's base.
